Homemade by me. Scrambled egg on wheat. One of my favorite sandwiches of all time. My mom used to make this for me when I was a kid. Mine run about 250 calories because I use Pepperidge Farm light bread (crazy low calories, not too thick) 1 big egg, a pinch of sea salt with lavender (a gift from Lavender Hill Farm in OK), and a small bit of Miracle Whip. That's right. Miracle Whip. That is not a typo. I don't eat it often, but I am solidly in the Miracle Whip camp and I will not make apologies for it. I just don't get the point of mayo on a sandwich. Don't get me wrong- I do cook with mayo. It just never never ever graces any of my sandwiches as a spread. And let me just say if you haven't had a scrambled egg sandwich with Miracle Whip you don't know what you are missing. It. Is. Good. The end.
